Sparktan is a companion CRM app for staff members and business owners, giving studio teams a mobile way to run daily operations without logging into the desktop CRM. Staff can clock in and out, manage schedules and appointments, track contacts and memberships, process overdue payments, message members, and pull reports on attendance, rank history, and invoices, all with role based permissions separating what owners and staff can access.

Spark Kiosk
Spark Kiosk turns an Android tablet into a self service attendance kiosk mounted on the class wall. Students check themselves in by searching for their name or tapping directly on the class roster, while the kiosk also displays expired membership status and rotating event or announcement content between check-ins. A PIN protected Instructor Mode gives staff full access to manage the roster, view student photos, track hours, and mark attendance manually when needed.
